Kantan Prep exists to make everyday cooking simpler: easy recipes you will actually make, and honest guides to the kitchen tools that help.

Most weeknights, dinner should not take a plan and a shopping trip. Our recipes are written for real kitchens, with a swap for every hard-to-find ingredient. When a tool does make cooking easier, we say so, and we do the boring research so you can choose with confidence: comparing real specs, reading through hundreds of verified owner reviews, and ranking products by who they're actually best for. Kantan (簡単) means "simple" in Japanese — and cook easy, eat well, repeat is what we're here for.
