Keeping the oven free
Oven space is usually the first thing to run out. The air fryer sides on our Thanksgiving sides page need no oven, and the air fryer times chart lists the temperature and time range for each. Times are ranges, so start checking at the low end. Our collard greens cook on the stove, and the recipe says they reheat beautifully the next day.
